Hi I’m Jaime Brenkus, You know me as the 8 minute abs guy. Over the last 28 years, I've had the pleasure of helping millions of people - lose millions of pounds and inches. I want to welcome you to my 8 MINUTE BODY.
I have dedicated my life to providing a systematic approach to fighting the obesity problem across the nation. I am a fitness advocate for the President's Challenge, author of Get Lean in 15, creator of 8 Minute Abs, Slim & FIT, Perfect Portions, and designer of Slim-Fast and Kathy Ireland's award winning videos, Body Specifics and Reach.
It’s like having your own personal trainer and personal chef coming right into your home on a daily basis.
