Less liquor to lean

This week have less than 3 alcoholic drinks.  Still, I'd rather you eat your calories than

drink them—especially if they come from alcohol. There’s plenty of empty calories in

that alcoholic beverage, whatever type you've chosen.  Alcohol is calorie dense, and

further wreaks havoc on your fat-burning hormones, increasing your belly fat and

making it harder for you to lose that pesky flab.

And, I’m convinced that most people feel since they’re not chewing food, the liquid

calories don’t count as much—if only that was true! I’m not saying don’t ever have

liquor, but limit it strictly.  Ladies, wine does NOT count as a fruit serving!
